IMPORTANT INFO:
This toilet supports two S trap sizes: 305mm and 140-180mm. The 305mm connector has a pull-to-flush function for power outages, while the 140-180mm connector does not. Choosing the 140-180mm connector means giving up the backup flush feature. In case of a power outage, please use a bucket to flush.

Generally, items that are kept in stock with our suppliers will take 3-7 business day delivery time frame.
Please ensure the correct delivery information is provided. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer.
If goods are required to be redelivered, customer may be required to pay additional delivery fees.
It’s very important to inspect the goods upon delivery and confirm they match your order within 48 hours.
