Order & Delivery Information

Order Processing

  • We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Pre-order items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
  • Custom products generally take up to 15 business days lead time. The time frames vary depending on each product.

  • Please note that changes cannot be made to an order after 24 hours.


How does delivery work?

  • A delivery fee will need to be charged for every delivery (if required). Please email or call for a quote.
  • Generally, items that are kept in stock with our suppliers will take 3-7 business day delivery time frame.
  • Please ensure the correct delivery information is provided. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer.
  • If goods are required to be redelivered, customer may be required to pay additional delivery fees.
  • It’s very important to inspect the goods upon delivery and confirm they match your order within 48 hours.

Store Pickup

  • In-store pickup is available from Monday to Friday between 10am to 3pm at our showroom in Bella Vista. Please contact us to make arrangement.
