This toilet accommodates two different S trap sizes: 305mm and 140-180mm. The 305mm S trap connector includes a pull-to-flush function for use during a power outage, while the 140-180mm S trap connector does not offer this feature. By choosing the 140-180mm S trap connector, the customer voluntarily sacrifices the backup flush function. In this case, please use a bucket to flush during a power outage.

Generally, items that are kept in stock with our suppliers will take 3-7 business day delivery time frame.
Please ensure the correct delivery information is provided. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer.
If goods are required to be redelivered, customer may be required to pay additional delivery fees.
It’s very important to inspect the goods upon delivery and confirm they match your order within 48 hours.
