How does delivery work?
- A delivery fee will need to be charged for every delivery (if required) please email or call for a quote.

Store Pickup
- In store pickup is available from Monday to Friday between 10am to 3pm from our showroom in Bella Vista. Please contact us to make arrangement.
Order Processing
- We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Pre-order items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
- Custom products generally take up to 15 business day lead time. The time frames vary depending on each product.
